Selected Problems have been contributed from faculty
who have taught 250ABC. Although students are encouraged to review these
problems, they should not be misled into thinking that this alone is
sufficient preparation for either the MA or the PhD Preliminary
examinations. Please refer to our

Homework set 1
Homework set 1 (below) is the complete set of homework problems for 250A
in Fall 2004.
Homework set 2
Homework set 2 (below) is the complete set of homework problems for 250A
in Fall 2001. Note that the official textbook then was Dummit and
Foote. The current textbook for 250AB is Vinberg. Although students are
encouraged to review these sets, note that these are from 250A only.
