Academic Program
- The talks are organized in a single track.
- The academic program is planned to start around 9 a.m. and to end around 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Wednesday.
- On Thursday, the academic program is planned to end around noon.
- The poster presentation and reception is planned to be held on Monday at 5 p.m.
- A detailed program is going to be announced in the coming weeks.
Social Program
The social program will consist of a conference dinner. Here are the details:- Venue: Firehouse Steakhouse. 1112 Second Street, Sacramento, CA.
- Date: Wednesday, July 18, 2012. 6-9 p.m.
- Cost: The dinner will cost USD 50.00 per person, payable by cash only, during the first day of the conference (July 16th). Drinks are not included in this price. There will be an open bar, where you can purchase drinks.
- Guest tickets can be purchased for the same price.
- The Menu will consist of 3 courses : starter salad, main course, dessert. There will be a choice of Fish, Chicken or Vegetarian dish for the main course. Please let us know which option you would like on the registration form.
- Transportation will be arranged from the UC Davis campus to the dinner venue. Two buses will leave the UC Davis campus from the conference venue at 6 pm. They will return to the conference venue at the conclusion of the event (around 9pm).
