I will introduce the notion of a quiver in the Sato Grassmannian and discuss the association of certain meromorphic connections on the punctured disc to such objects. In interesting cases there are flows of integrable systems along which one can deform the quivers as well as connections. I will explain some results related to this phenomenon that are related to dualities of quantum field theories.
