If you are currently enrolled in MAT 12, 16A, 17A, or 21A and do not meet the Math Placement Requirement, you will receive email regarding taking the Math Placement Exam online. If you are not currently enrolled in these courses, but would like to take the test because you intend to enroll in the future, fill out the form below. You will be sent login instructions within one business day.
