Text: Calculus for biology and Medicine, 3rd Edition, by Claudia  Neuhauser

Homework Quizzes: There will be a weekly homework assignment (not collected) and a "homework quiz"
each Wednesday taken directly from the assigned problems.  Your lowest homework quiz score will be dropped.
No make-up quizzes will be given.

Group Work Thursdays: Thursday classes will be devoted to group work.  You'll be responsible for completing
 worksheets in groups.  You'll be graded on participation/attendence.  You will be allowed to miss one Thursday
class without penalty.

Exams: There will be two midterms.  The first on Friday, April 20, in class.  The second on Friday,
May 18, in class.  A cumulative final will be given on TBA, in TBA.
THERE WILL BE NO MAKE-UP EXAMS.  All exams will be closed book with no calculators or electronic
devices allowed.

Re-Grading: All re-grade requests (quiz and exam) must be made within the next two classes after the
quiz/exam is handed back.
