TransAx and TransPlan

TransAx (respectively, TransPlan) will generate one axial (respectively, planar) nondegenerate transportation polytope per chamber based on the user input of table size. TransAx and TransPlan can also generate one (usually nondegenerate) transportation polytope of specified table size.
