In this web page we introduce several 
Maple 7 programs
        dedicated to the problems of counting integer flows on
        networks. A paper explaining these techniques is also available here.
         The techniques that are being used rely on the notion of
        total residue on the space of rational functions with denominator
        supported on a hyperplane arrangement.
        The methods extend to the general problem of counting lattice points
        inside 
unimodular convex polytopes.
