Bio

I am a graduate student in the Graduate Group in Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Davis. I work with Jesús De Loera in optimization and applied convex geometry. I specifically focus on projection methods for convex and combinatorial optimization.

I will attend the Banff International Research Station workshop "Numerical Analysis and Approximation Theory meets Data Science" from April 23-27, 2018.

I will present "The Minimum Euclidean-Norm Point on a Convex Polytope: Wolfe's Combinatorial Algorithm is Exponential" at STOC June 25-29, 2018.

I will act as mentor for the UCLA REU in Computational and Applied Mathematics from June 25 - August 17, 2018.
