I am a PhD student in the Applied Mathematics Department at UC Davis. My advisor is Steve Shkoller.
I work on developing numerical methods for gas dynamics and related hydrodynamical systems.
My research interests include high-resolution shock-capturing methods, adaptive meshing, multiscale modeling and simulation,
vortex methods, combustion & complex physics, and singularity formation.
See here for some simulations from my research.
