Spherical Metric with conical singularities on 2-spheres

In this talk, I will define the notion of spherical metrics on 2-spheres with singularities of a special kind, called “conical singularities”. It is a natural question to ask that for which angles there exists such a sphere. I shall describe some results which mostly answer this question.
