Resolving Einstein’s Equations

Physics at large scales is described by pseudo—Riemannian geometry. However, there are extreme cosmological situations where a metric description of nature becomes singular and Einstein’s equations no longer make sense. I will discuss how these difficulties can be resolved by instead describing nature in terms of conformal geometries.
