Description
Adiabatic theorems provide a framework for slowly driven open quantum systems using Lindbladian operators. These theorems often employ the use of a spectral gap to determine how fast a parameter of the system can evolve while keeping the state close to the instantaneous ground state. We aim to use a dynamical feedback loop embedded into the system's Hamiltonian to force the control parameter to move at optimal speeds determined by the instantaneous non-adiabatic error rate. This corresponds to a control problem in which the initial state is an easy to prepare ground state that will be evolved to a final ground state with a goal of optimizing the path between the initial and final Hamiltonian.
