Godunov's schemes for PW model of non-equilibrium traffic flow

Description
First, the PW model of non-equilibrium traffic flow will be introduced.
This model produces a hyperbolic system with relaxation term. Godunov-type
methods are applied to solve the system. The system is unstable in some
regions. In the stable regions, solutions to Riemann problems will be
discussed. Then one modification of the Riemann solver and some other
Godunov-type variant methods will be presented with numerical results.
