Ihara's graph zeta and random matrices

In this talk, I am going to explain the definition of Ihara's graph zeta function and to outline how this zeta function is related both to the arithmetic zeta functions and to the spectra of random matrices. Then, I will discuss the statistical properties of Ihara's zeta singularities for a random regular graph.
