Aganagic and Shakirov proposed a deformation of the Chern-Simons theory and gave a precise mathematical construction of the refined invariants of torus knots in terms of Macdonald polynomials. We give a geometric interpretation of these invariants using the moduli space of instantons on R^4, and use it to compute the invariants explicitly. The talk is based on a joint work with Andrei Negut.
