I will discuss new critical phenomena in the random networks of Erdesh-Renyi type
with additional constraint. The chemical potential for the number of closed triangles
is introduced and the network develops the critical behaviour at some value
of the chemical potential. The colorless and the multicolor networks are considered
and the critical behaviour is explained from the viewpoint of the properties
of the network spectral density.
