We consider recurrence versus transience of simple random walks on independently time-varying graphs, that are realized either as growing domains, or by increasing in time edge conductances. We are motivated to verify some conjectures on universality of the walks' behavior when the environment changes monotonically such as as above. We do so by establishing some heat kernel estimates for this walk.
