We will prove the 2/3 transversal exponent for ASEP and the stochastic six vertex model. This relies on a mapping, using the Yang Baxter equation, between these models and a tiling model called the Hall-Littlewood process. We also present an alternative approach to prove Tracy and Widom's celebrated 1/3 and GUE limit theorem for step initial data.

Note that the seminar is on MONDAY.
