Lagrangian mutations and enumerative geometry

Mathematical Physics Seminar

Speaker: Dmitry Tonkonog, UC Berkeley
Location: 2112 MSB
Start time: Fri, Oct 27 2017, 1:30PM

I will overview a beautiful interplay between the symplectic geometry of monotone Lagrangian tori in del Pezzo surfaces and the algebra of mirror Landau-Ginzburg models, following the works of Auroux, Vianna, Galkin-Cruz Morales, Shende-Treumann-Williams, and Pascaleff with myself. Time permitting, I will discuss a connection of Lagrangian enumerative geometry of these tori with symplectic cohomology and log Gromov-Witten theory.
